If you're having trouble with an order you placed online and you've already visited the FAQ section and viewed our policies on EXCHANGES & RETURNS, you can submit a claim below. Please allow 1-2 days for a response from me. As a reminder, all orders are printed and shipped on demand by a third party production facility that has a very strict return policy, but I'll do my best to resolve any problems. Be sure to give as much detail as possible and include any photo(s) of damaged, defective, or misprinted items.
