For misprinted/damaged/defective items
Claims must be submitted within 10 business days after receiving the product. If you notice a problem with your order, please submit a claim. We can only guarantee refunds or exchanges on claims filed within this timeframe. Claims deemed an error on our part will be covered at our expense.
If you provide an address considered to be insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our production facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
For packages lost in transit
If your package gets lost in transit and the shipping address is 100% correct, we got your back! But you must submit your claim within 10 days after the estimated delivery date. We can only guarantee refunds or exchanges on claims filed within this timeframe.
Returns not accepted
Because items are print-on-demand, my partnership agreement excludes returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect/accidental orders (sizing, colors, etc.). In certain instances, I may agree to make an exchange on a customer's behalf. If this happens, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from the warehouse facility.

Before returning an item
You must submit a claim and await a response before returning any merchandise. Be sure to include any photo(s) showing the defective or damaged goods. All requests undergo an evaluation by the production facility to determine whether an item has been used, worn, or destroyed. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Shipments that go unclaimed will be returned to our production facility. If an item is returned as unclaimed, the customer will be liable for the cost of reshipment. (if and as applicable).
Unless a claim is deemed an error on our part, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or partial refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. To return a product, you must file a claim and await a response with further instructions.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
